SETTING UP THE DEVICE

Do not place the device below kitchen
wall units or similar cupboards. The
rising steam could cause damage to
them!

Lay the connecting cable in such a way
that it does not become squashed or
bent and does not come into contact
with hot surfaces.
1. Place the rice cooker (

) on the kitchen
unit or another suitable work surface.
Ensure there is suf

cient clear space
on all sides (at least 20 cm to the sides
and 50 cm above).
2. Connect the connecting cable to the
connecting socket (

) on the rice
cooker.
BEFORE INITIAL USE
Clean all accessories thoroughly before
you

rst use them to remove any possible
production residues. To do this, follow the
instructions in the “Cleaning and Storage”
chapter.
