Follow steps 1. through 4. to set the time and date.

2. Press and hold Mode for 2 Sec.
To enter time set up mode.
3. Press Adjust to change digit up.
Press and hold Adjust to move digit
faster.
4. Press Mode to confirm setting
and move to next digit.
