1. Press Adjust to choose Memory
Position.
2. Press and hold Adjust for 2 sec.
to enter chosen memory position.
3. Press Adjust to to start/stop.
4.
Press Mode to Exit and leave
Interval timer.

* If an interval is over 10 seconds long, beeps will sound
for the last 5 seconds of the interval.
