1. Before first use
Installation of SIM card
myPhone Hammer AXE LTE is a mobile phone made in Dual SIM technology which
allows you to use two mobile networks simultaneously. First slot supports only
MicroSIM card while the second slot supports SIM card or microSIM with the adapter.
To properly insert the SIM card:
•
Turn off the phone, remove the back cover (by unscrewing two screws with the
usage of special tool).
•
Insert the SIM card into the slot according to the drawings which are placed
under the seat.
MICRO SIM ADAPTERS
Do not install in the phone empty microSIM card adapter (without the card). This will
cause a seizing. Attempts to force pull out of the jammed slot adapter can cause
mechanical damage to the phone. In the case of a deadlock of SIM slot adapter you
should contact an authorized service of myPhone company!
Installation of SIM card
Use only memory cards which are compatible and approved by myPhone. Incompatible
memory cards may damage the card itself and the device and remove the stored data.
Incompatibility of the memory card can be triggered by an incorrect format of the card
(microSD format is required) or unsupported card size (over 32GB). To properly insert
the memory card:
•
Turn off the phone, remove the back cover (by unscrewing two screws with the
usage of special tool).
•
Insert the SIM card into the slot according to the drawings which are placed
under the seat.
Battery charging
Before first use of the device it is necessary to charge the battery. Charge the battery
with the charger from the set. The device has a battery of the capacity of 3700mAh. In
case of problems with the battery or in the case when it is necessary to replace it - the
unit must be delivered to myPhone’s service center. Use only chargers and cables
approved by myPhone. Unauthorised chargers or cables can cause the explosion of the
battery to or damage to your device. When the battery becomes low, a message about
low battery will be displayed. To continue the usage of the device recharge the battery.
When the battery is completely flat the device cannot be turned on even when it is
charging. Before restarting the device, charge the battery for several minutes.
To charge the battery:
1. Plug in the Micro-B USB (trapeze) into the appropriate slot on the device myPhone
Hammer AXE LTE.
Improper connection of the charger (USB cable) can damage the unit or the
adapter. Any damage caused by misuse is not covered by the warranty.
2. Connect the charger to the ethernet socker. Once you start charging the phone, on
the screen should appear animated charging icon.
