MYD-C7Z010/20 Product User Manual
3.3.1 FMC
FMC is an ANSI/VITA standard that defines I/O mezzanine modules with connection to an
FPGA or other device with re-configurable I/O capability, can be maximize the utilization of
PCB.
MYD-C7Z010/20 include1 channel Xilinx FMC interface, use the 160 pin LPC. U18 is the
FMC LPC female dock, Match male dock model for ASP-134603-01 made by Samtec.
3.3.2 Pmod
Pmod is a kind of expansion interface with little pin , Pmod modules can be connected to
a variety of functions, such as I / O, peripherals, sensors, data acquisition and so on.
Pmod 6-pin and 12-pin two kinds, Development board contains three groups of 12-pin
Pmod, they are connected to J13 ~ J15. Only XC7Z020 can use Pmod. For more

3.3.3 XADC
The XADC block contains two 12-bit, 1 MSPS ADCs, connected to J12. For more

CPU pin PS_MIO7 controls the reset of the USB and network phy chip, reset is low active.
