FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why is it not necessary to fasten the screws of the bottom board?

Fastening is only necessary to prevent the board from falling down.
Therfore, there is no technical need to fasten the bottom board.
In addition, the screw is not easily reachable during assembly.
This is why we recommend leaving the bottom board unscrewed.

Where do I find the information about where to place the shelf boards?

At MYCS the customer designs the product. The boards should be
placed according to your own design. You received a print out of
your product alongside the accessories. Please use the print out
to locate the correct board position. Please note: if your product
includes backwalls, it is no longer possible to reposition them, as
they match your own design exactly.

I ordered special legs for my product, but all of the sidewalls
I received came with small legs included.

This is our standard procedure. Please remove the small standard
legs from all sidewalls. We apologize for the inconvenience.
