Maintenance
● Please uninstall the camera and unplug the car charger if you plan on not driving for a long period of time.
● Avoid placing in wet or hot places.
● Remove the memory card when you are not using the camera for a long period of time to maintain the memory
card's performance.
Common Problem
● Unable to boot
○ Check if the camera is receiving power.
○ Press the reset hole to restart the camera.
● There are no images on the screen
○ Check the screen status in the recording mode, Press “ ” to open the screen display.
○ Check if the screen protect setting is on, you can change the settings in “
Automatic screen off
”
in Menu Settings.
● Camera can't play back the video
○Please check if the file name or folder name of the images or videos in the memory card have been changed in the
computer.
○ The memory card is corrupted.
