Removing the harness system

Turn the child restraint over and post
the metal retainers (i) up through the
base of the seat.
Undo the 8 screws on the plastic
cover (ii) and remove.

Locate the crotch strap retainer
(i) which is just under the plastic
block (ii). If necessary turn knob
(iii)anti-clockwise to move the
plastic block back.
From the upper side of the seat
base, push the crotch strap
down through the base, this will
create slack in the strap and
allow you to turn the crotch strap
retainer (i) sideways and post it
up through the seat base.
Replace the plastic cover and
secure using the 8 screws.
The child restraint is now ready
to be used in group 2 or group
3 mode.
Store the shoulder straps, crotch
strap and their pads safely in
case you need them again.
WARNING! DO NOT attempt to
remove the harness adjuster strap
(O) as once removed it cannot
be refitted.
