Step 5.
While
the
components are soaking into the solution
,
use a soft bristle brush to clean
ice
zone surface of bin. Clean
door interior
, door rail, bin and evaporator mounting
bracket thoroughly and rinse them with clean water.
Step 6.
Replace all removed parts after cleaning
Step 7.
Set the switch to
the
WASH position to start automatic cleaning. Water is suppl
ied
automatically.
Add
1.35oz
of cleaner to the
w
ater
trough
.(Place the switch in the OFF
position when adding cleaner to the
w
ater
trough.
)
Step 8.
Wait until the cleaning cycle is complete(approximately 21 minutes) then place the
switch in the OFF
position
. Turn the switch back in
to the
WASH
position
and
r
epeat the wash cycle
if
cleaner residue
is still present
in the
w
ater
trough
.
Step 9.
Lime scale and mineral deposits
should
disappear when cleaning and rinsing is complete.
If foam is found in the
w
ater
trough
and
the
rinse is complete,
r
epeat step 8
again.
Step 10.
Step 10 is sanitization.
This must be done once a month.

and water for 10 minutes

Pour
solution
over
the large

parts. Rinse the parts thoroughly.
Use running tap water only for rins

water to prevent contamination.
Step 12.
Replace the part

Step 13.
Set the switch to WASH position to start automatic cleaning.

of sanitizer to the

Wait until the sanitization cycle is complete (approximately 21 minutes) then place
the switch in the OFF

. Turn the switch back
to the
WASH

Step 15.
Set the switch
to the
ICE positio
n
.

making cycle will begin.
Discard all ice made in the first cycle. Use ice made from
