! Adjust the blocking feet before placing
your child in the sitter.
Securing your child (5)
· Ensure the seat and the footrests are ad-
justed to the size of your child.
· Place your child in the pushchair seat
and ensure that your child’s legs are on
either side of the crutch piece.
· The pushchair insert has a 5-point
safety harness. You can also use
this safety harness as a 3-point har-
ness for children up to the age of 3
months. Up to this age, you should
remove the shoulder straps for the
safety of your child. When using
the sitter for a child older than 3
months, you can adjust the height of
the shoulder straps by inserting them
through the lower opening of the
inlay. You can also adjust the length
of each strap on the 5-point harness
by sliding the adjusting device over
the straps to the required position.
Secure the safety harness by inter-
connecting the plastic parts until
they click into place.
· To remove the shoulder straps or adjust
them to a lower position you must first
loosen the covering from the back of
the seat by releasing the push-but-
tons. The plastic end of the shoulder
strap is located under the soft inlay.
This plastic end, which functions as
a stop, should be inserted through the
upper two openings in the harness. You
can now remove the shoulder strap or
fasten it at the bottom by inserting it
through the lower opening in the plas-
tic harness and then securing it in the
upper opening.
! Always use the 5-point safety harness
when your child is able to sit up on
its own. This 3-point safety harness is
suitable for use with children up to the
age of 3 months.
