3.3 OCR Manager Interface
To enter the OCR Manager Interface, double click the [OCR] function icon from the File Manager
Interface. There are 7 control areas: Top functions area, Image OCR area, Ex-recognize image area,
Ex-recognize functions area, Identified area, Check spelling area and Bottom area
3.3.1 Top functions area
Open – Open file for OCR
Save – Save the file to the same file name
Save As – Save the file as a new file name, it support txt, xls and rtf file format
OCR language – Users can select different language for recognition. It include Chinese-English mix,
Chinese simplified, Chinese traditional, English, Japanese, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, German,
Korean, French, Turkish, Polish and Italian
OCR – Process the optical character recognition
3.3.2 Ex-recognize area
After load the picture, it will paste at the ex-recognize area. Users can choose the OCR area
functions and select which area correspond on the picture manually
