1. OPERATION
IGNITION
Open the valve of the gas bottle regulator (LPG).
Turn the gas valve knob(s) to MAX ( r ) and light the burner(s).
Check the stability of the flame.
Continue turning the knob, until the flame is at a desired level.
Do not use pans or pots that are two small or large in relation to the device or burner in use. (Flames must not spread out
under the pan.)
Place the pan on top of the holders in the devic
TURNING OFF
Turn the gas valve knob(s) to OFF (•).
2. MAINTENANCE
Check the expiry date of the pipe (written on the pipe) and replace it when necessary.
Clean the device using a cloth moistened with cold soap water. The device must be rinsed and dried immediately (make sure
water does not get into the burners). Thanks to the enamelling, the device is easy to clean.
A professional authorised by the manufacturer must handle all maintenance work, apart from cleaning the device and
replacing the hose. The user can clean the device and replace the hose themselves following the manufacturer’s instructions.
In case of a gas leak, close the shut-off valve on the device or the shut-off valve on the gas bottle regulator.
3. GAS CONNECTION
• This device includes a threaded gas inlet adhering to the ISO 7-1 standard, and a seal can be installed at the end of it. A pipe
or a hose can be used in the gas connection.
• If you use a pipe in the gas connection, the shut-off valve must be installed as close to the connection point as possible.
• If you use a hose, it must be officially approved and properly classified.
• If you use liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), the manufacturer will provide a nozzle which adheres to your local standards.
In such a case, the hose must be classified, and it must not have exceeded its expiry date. It must be less than 31 inches long.
• Before connecting, make sure that there are no naked flames near the connector and that all the knobs are in the OFF
position.
