Push the folded seat down to the
ground. The rear wheels should
fold forward under the seat.
6 .
Grasp the sides of the folded seat,
then lift and tilt the front straight up.
The front wheels should fold down
into place.
7 .
Fold the wheel frames inward.
If necessary, turn the front wheels
toward the seat.
