2 Installation

MT5634ZPX-PCI

5. To loop back input from the microphone to the speaker, type

AT&&S

and press ENTER in the HyperTerminal terminal

window.

6. Speak into the microphone; you should hear your voice on the

speaker or headphone.

7. To reset the modem, type

ATZ

and press ENTER .

1. Connect a microphone and speaker to the MultiModemZPX-PCI.
2. Click

Start

HyperTerminal

3. Double-click the

Multi-Tech BBS

icon. HyperTerminal starts

with the

Connect

dialog box open.

4. Click

Cancel

in the

Connect

dialog box.

5. In the HyperTerminal terminal window, type

AT+FCLASS=8

AT+VLS=7

ATDT

(dials the phone number

6. Speak into the microphone to talk to the person on the other end of

the line and listen over the speaker.
