• Apply silicon grease "Super Lube Plus" on parts 3,4,5
• Assemble long and short latches (3,5) and the spring (6).
• Assemble thrust plate (4) over the latches.
• Turn over the core and assemble shutter (11) and shutter spring (12).
• Hold all part and slide the core (7) into the protecting shield (1).

• Use a 3/32" hex key to tighten set screw (8).
• Insert operating key and check for proper operation.
•
Insert shackle (2).

Note:
When installed in harsh weather conditions the padlock should be serviced
at least once a year including applying silicon grease "Super Lube Plus" (NSF H1) or
equivalent on parts 3,4,5.
