RECIPES
After your freshly popped popcorn is ready,
you can add any additional
flavoring. Here are some ideas:

Preheat oven to 350 °F (180°C).

Mix three kinds of cheese together with hot, freshly popped popcorn
in a large bowl.
Caramel Corn: 1 cup butter, 2 cups brown sugar, 1 tsp salt, ½ cup corn
syrup, ½ teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 20 cups of
popped popcorn.

Season with salt.

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in brown
sugar, salt, and corn syrup. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 4
minutes without stirring. Remove from heat and stir in soda and
vanilla. Pour in a thin stream over the popcorn and stir until well
coated.

Pour popcorn onto 2 large shallow baking trays and bake for 1 hour,
stirring every 15 minutes.
Three-Cheese: 2 cups of shredded cheddar, ½ cup grated pecorino, 1 cup
grated parmesan, 16 cups of popped popcorn.

Remove from oven and let cool before breaking into pieces.

Spread on a baking sheet, and bake for 3 minutes until cheddar melts.

Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Place 20 cups of popcorn in a large
bowl.
