Temperature Sensor
On the TQMa28 module there is a National Semiconductor LM73 temperature sensor. It can be read
out via I2C bus 1. The base address can be taken from the following table.

EEPROM
On the TQMa28 module there is a 64Kibit EEPROM (ST Microelectronics M24C64-WDW6TP). The
EEPROM is controlled via I2C bus 1 of the processor. The writing protection (WP) of the EEPROM is
not available. The base address can be taken from the following table.

RTC
On the MTX-GTW board there is a DS1339U RTC module. The RTC is supplied by a super capacitor in
order to maintain the information if the main supply is removed.
