If, for some reason, the phones are not working correctly, or you cannot make or receive calls, please
contact our MTN support centre on 087 049 3999 during business hours, Monday to Friday, or please
send an email to [email protected]
When you dial 087 049 3999, an automated message will play, giving you the following options:
If you are unable to browse the internet, or you are experiencing slow speeds on your fixed-LTE router,
press 1.
If you are able to browse the internet and you are attempting to set up your new voice service for the
first time, press 2.
If you are experiencing voice quality issues or require general assistance with your voice service, press 3.
To hear the menu options again, press 4.
