NOTE:
For location of where to drill holes, slide the
mounting brackets all the way forward until they push
up against the plastic pods, then drill two 11/32” holes.
Holes only need to be drilled for models 2005 and prior.

Repeat on the other side with the second mounting
bracket. See Figure 5.

Attaching Hanger Bracket
•
Place the hanger bracket,
WITHOUT the cut-out,
across the two mounting brackets with flap facing
right, aligning its four holes with the two pairs of
lower holes on the mounting bracket as in Figure 6.
•
Secure with four pairs of hex bolt and flange lock
nut from Group B of the hardware pack.
•
Place the second hanger bracket, the one
WITH
the cutout,
across the two mounting brackets with
the flap end facing right, aligning its holes with the
four upper holes as shown in Figure 6. Secure with
four pairs of hex bolts and flange nuts as before.

Attaching Catcher Support Bracket
•
Align the catcher support bracket to the hanger
bracket as shown in Figure 7, and secure with two
hex bolts and flange lock nuts from Group E1 of the
hardware pack. Make sure the hooked side of the
catcher support bracket faces towards the support
tube. See Figure 7.
•
Make certain to tighten all hardware on all of the
brackets now.

Assembling Grasscatcher
•
Align holes on the hinges of the grass bag cover on
the inside of the corresponding holes on the
support tube assembly. See Figure 8.
•
Insert shoulder screw and beleville washer, from
Group C of the hardware pack, through the grass
bag cover assembly and the hinge on the support
tube. Secure with flange lock nut as shown below.
•
Repeat with the second set of hardware through
the second hinge of the grass bag and the tube
assembly from the opposite direction. See Figure 8.

Slide the support tube, as shown in Figure 8, down
through the left hole on the mounting bracket. Make
sure it passes through both holes of the bracket.
