OnChip LAN
The field determines whether the onboard LAN controller is activated. Settings:
[Enabled], [Disabled].
Onboard Lan Boot ROM
This item is used to decide whether to invoke the Boot ROM of the Onboard LAN
Chip. Settings: [Enabled], [Disabled].
OnChip USB Controller
Select [All Enabled] if your system contains a Universal Serial Bus (USB) con-
troller and you have USB peripherals. Settings: [All Enabled], [Disabled].
OnChip USB 2.0 Controller
Set to [Enabled] if you need to use any USB 2.0 device in the operating system
that does not support or have any USB 2.0 driver installed, such as DOS and
SCO Unix. Setting options: [Disabled], [Enabled].
USB Legacy KB/MS Support
Set to [Enabled] if you need to use a USB keyboard/mouse in the operating
system that does not support or does not have any USB driver installed, such as
DOS and SCO Unix. Settings: [Enabled], [Disabled].
Onboard I/O Chip Setup
Press <Enter> to enter the sub-menu and the following screen appears:
Onboard FDC Controller
Select [Enabled] if your system has a floppy disk controller (FDD) installed on
the system board and you wish to use it. If you install add-on FDC or the system
has no floppy drive, select [Disabled] in this field. The settings are: [Enabled],
[Disabled].
Onboard Serial Port 1
Select an address and corresponding interrupt for the first serial port. The
settings are: [3F8/IRQ4], [2E8/IRQ3], [3E8/IRQ4], [2F8/IRQ3], [Disabled], [Auto].
Onboard Parallel Port
There is a built-in parallel port on the on-board Super I/O chipset that provides
Standard, ECP, and EPP features. It has the following options:
