Normal Playback

Select the Next or Previous Track (File)

button to the right to skip to next track.

button to the left once to go back to the previous track.
Fast-Forward or Rewind

During playback, push

button to the right and hold the position to
fast-forward current track.

Or, push
Menu
button to the left and hold position to rewind current track.
