● Fluorescence observation
Modular designed LED epi fluorescence illuminating system takes use of LED as light source, it does not need to adjust
light central, just open to use. Before observe fluorescence, please close bright field illumination first.
1. Fix fluorescence attachment: push in the attachment to microscope bottom body and locked by screws.
2. Connect AC adapter to the attachment.
3. Choose needed excitation color light by slider, bright field (O), UV (U), blue (B), green (G).

Brightness control know can adjust LED lamp brightness.
Using tips:
1. Rotate brightness controller knob 2 and hear sound

the fluorescence light is open.
2. Default brightness is the most weak, knob 2 can control brightness.
According to sample observation needs, slider 1 is used to transfer between different filter groups, LED lamp changed
automatically.
● Operation of the photographic device
The push/pull rod is used to switch observation/camera. The camera output interface is
on the left of the body. Operation as below
：
1. Unscrew screw 1 on the camera interface, take out the cover 2, see figure 15.
2. Set up the adaptor on the output interface, lock the screw. Turn on the camera
and make it work.
3. Put the 10X objective in the light path.
4. Push the rod 3, observe the specimen and adjust till the image clear.
