b. Lift the pneumatic retainer out of the component
housing cover.
c. Remove the
pneumatic spring.
d. Gently remove the
exhalation valve
spring.
e. Remove the piston.
f. Use the o-ring
removal tool to
remove the o-ring.
g. Discard the o-ring.
Removing the Pneumatic Assembly
1. Remove the pneumatic tube.
a. Use retaining ring
pliers to remove the
retaining ring.
b. Use a
5/16” socket
to remove the nut.
c. Use the
Pneumatic Nut Special Tool
(P/N 10086032) and a
¼” socket
to remove the
pneumatic nut.
d. Remove the
pneumatic tube.
