6.  To print the report, click the print icon        at the top

of the incident report window.  

7.   To save the report in an alternate format, click the

export icon.

a. The “Export” window will appear.  Select the

desired file format by selecting one of the options
under the field labeled “Format”.  Formats available
for export are .pdf, .rpt, .html, .xls, .rtf, .odbc, .rec,
.txt, .csv, .ttx, and .xml. Click OK when finished.  

b. The “Export Options” window will appear.  Select

the pages of the report to be exported and click
OK.  

c. The “Choose export file” window will appear.

Select the name and directory to which the report
should be saved.
