Installation and Operation:
1)
Mount the power supply unit (PSU) in your PC case to correct position, use screws to fix the PSU
stable in the PC case.
2)
Use correct power plugs for the PSU to connect the Motherboard and other peripherals such as
CD/DVD, HDD, etc.
3)
Fix and neaten all the cables inside your PC case.
4)
After correct Installation inside your PC, please close your PC case cover with screws properly.
5)
Set the power switch ("I/O" switch) to off ("O") position, then connect your PC with power cord to
230V power.
6)
Use power switch ("I/O" switch) to turn the PSU on ("I" position).
7)
When the PSU is switched on (power switch on "I" position), PC "ON-OFF" function can be also
controlled by motherboard.
8)
If you do not use your PC of long period of time, turn your PSU off and unplug the power cord.
Dismantlement of the PSU:
1)
Use power switch ("I/O" switch) to turn the PSU off ("O" position).
2)
Pull the power cord gently off the PSU.
3)
Open the PC case cover and then disconnect all power plugs from motherboard and all peripheral
equipment.
4)
Use screwdriver to unscrew the PSU and take out the PSU form your PC case gently.
Troubleshooting:
If the power supply unit does not work properly, please check the following points:
1)
Please check whether the PSU Is properly plugged to 230V power.
2)
Please check whether the I/O switch Is turned to the position of "I".
3)
Please check the voltage switch (115V/230V, optional) on the power supply. It should be switched
to correct power voltage.
4)
Please check whether the Motherboard, all peripheral equipment inside your PC case is properly
connected.
5)
Please switch the PSU on and off (with I/O switch) repeatedly for several times, the Interval of
ON or OFF switch must be at least 5 minutes each time.
6)
Check the main components such motherboard, CPU, VGA card, Memory module.
7)
If all the above-mentioned steps still cannot help you, please turn to professional PC service
personnel for help.
Maintenance:
1)
Keep your computer possibly in a cool, clean and airy place.
2)
If your local power voltage is not stable, better use a UPS unit to ensure you a stable power
source.
3)
Always keep the inside of PSU clean.
4)
Check from time to time the ventilator of your PSU.
5)
If the ventilator of your PSU is getting dusty and noisy, please turn to professional PC service
personnel to check the ventilator status, clean it up or change a ventilator if necessary, because
cooling Is essential to PSU's life time and function.
Caution:
1)
Incorrect power plugging and connection may damage your computer.
2)
Do not entangle the power cord; do not touch the metal part of the plug.
3)
When you unplug, hold the plug and pull out. Do not drag the cable.
4)
Do not open the PSU by yourself; it may cause electric shock or other accident.
5)
Do not store the unit in direct sunlight or high temperature circumstance, as this may damage the
components.
6)
Be careful not to spill any liquid on the unit, as this may damage the components.
