Service Intervals
Every 8 hours or daily:
• Check and tighten all hardware.
Removing Material From Jammed Hopper
1. Park the loader. (See Parking Safely in this manual.)
WARNING
AVOID INJURY!
Disconnect the attachment hydraulic hoses from
the loader before servicing.
2. Disconnect the attachment hydraulic hoses from the loader.
3. Remove the bolts (A), washers and nuts from the hopper grate.
4. Using a safe lifting device, remove the hopper grate.
5. Clean out material preventing the agitator from rotating or blocking
flow from the adjustable doors.
6. Install the hopper grate with bolts, washers and nuts.
