Note: After start button is activated, the handle of upper cover must be pressed down
quickly to ensure that electromagnets at the left and right ends of the upper cover are in
the suction state, otherwise the system vacuum will be abnormal.
After equipment runs, the real-time temperature, vacuum degree and oscillation speed
on the main interface will gradually approach the target value.
◆ Temperature is close to target value within 25min is normal;
◆ Vacuum degree is close to target value within 8 minutes is normal;
◆ Oscillation speed is close to the target within 5s is norm
After installing equipment according to 6.1-6.5 , concentrating samples as the
following steps:
◆ samples were filled to sample bottle and placed into the host ,making
upper cover plate in a closed state;
◆ If the sample needs to be concentrated to a certain volume, please
choose a sample bottle with a tail tube;
◆ If the sample needs to be concentrated to a "near-dry" state, please use
a round-bottomed sample bottle;
Note: sample were filled not more than 1/2 total volume of sample bottle, otherwise
the experiment will fail easily.
