Working
principle:
Temperature
control
block
of
the
instrument
heats
the
sample
seat
to
heat
the
tube

seat

temperature.
The
heating

can

inhibit

evaporation
of
reagent
and
keep
the
reaction
system
constant
without
adding
paraffin
oil.
The
optical

detection
system
can
collect
the
fluorescence
intensity
of

DNA

dye
or
probe
in
the
test
tube
at

time
interval.
The
analysis
software
can
process

transform

collected
signals,

finally
output

results.
