MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
Honda CBR250 2011-
Thank you for buying a MRA Windshield.
Read this manual carefully and check the parts list for completeness before you begin. We recommend
that you have your screen fitted by an authorised workshop.

Fitting the screen to the motorcycle:
1. Stand your motorbike up on a level surface.
2. Remove the two Allen screws of the side covering (inside-down). (P1)
3. Remove the two Allen screws of the side covering (outside). (P2)
4. Remove the two Allen screws under the headlight. (P3)
5. Move the side covering outwards and carefully pull out the three plastic noses. Withdraw the
indicator cable from the connector. (P4)
6. Remove the covering between the frame cover and side covering by removing the two clips and one
Allen screw per side. (Pictures 5 and 6)
7. Move this covering outwards and remove the three plastic noses from their mounts. (P7)
8. Release the Allen screws from the mirrors and dismantle the mirrors. (P8)
9. Release the four Allen screws from the cockpit covering and carefully extract the cockpit one stage
upwards. (P9)
10. Lift out the front mask together with the headlights from the mirror holes and loosen the cables.

11. Dismantle the 6 Phillips screws of the headlight and remove the headlight. (Pictures 11 and 12)
12. Dismantle the 4 Phillips screws of the screen mounting. Attention! The metal brackets must be
mounted again in the same position! (P13)
13. Installation takes place in the reverse order.
14. Pull the edge protection profile on the rear, exposed area of the screen, beginning with the fillet to
the opposite side. If necessary, trim the remainder.
15. Slide the clamp sleeves over the ends of the edge protection profile and press these lightly with
universal pliers, so that the edge protection profile is clamped.
16. Attention! During assembly, pay attention to the plastic noses on the headlight covering! The
headlight must click into place correctly, otherwise there is a risk of breakage! (P14)
After installation, check that all of the screws are tight; tighten them up if necessary. Repeat this at
regular intervals. Clean the screen with water, neutral soap and a sponge. Do not use solvents, alcohol or
spirits to clean the screen as they will damage it.
