BEFORE FIRST USE
1.
Remove the mini heater from the box and discard all bags, stickers and filling materials.
2.
Inspect the mini heater for damage during transport. If you suspect the mini heater is dam-
aged, do not use it and contact the seller.
3.
Put battery 12V Type 23A in the remote control (7). Details on battery insertion can be found
in the „CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE” chapter.
CAUTION! The battery not included with product MUG-18 .
4.
When turned on for the first time, the mini heater may smell of hot electrical appliance. This
is normal and will subside after some time of use.
5.
You can rotate the power cord plug (5) by 180° to make it fit in the mains outlet. To do this,
release the rotation lock with the push-button next to the power cord plug (5).
USING THE MINI HEATER
1.
Plug the mini heater to a mains outlet. Place the plugged-in mini heater upright (with the
control panel on the top).
2.
Turn on the heater with the power switch (6). The power switch backlight goes on with the
LED inside the heating unit.
CAUTION! The minimum distance from the mini heater’s top edge and the floor must be 30 cm or more. The min-
imum distance from the mini heater’s side edge and the nearest wall or other objects must be 100 cm or more.
CAUTION! Do not obstruct the air inlet and outlet grilles. Hazard of overheating and failure! If overheating, the
mini heater will shut down.

Operate the TEMP+ or TEMP- button (2c or 2b) to increase or decrease the temperature set-
ting. The temperature setting is shown on the LED display (2a). The temperature setting is
adjustable from 15°C to 32°C in 1°C increments. If the temperature setting is below the ambi-
ent temperature, the mini heater will not heat until the ambient temperature becomes lower
than the temperature setting.

Operation of the button “SPEED” (2d) changes the mini heater fan speed. The mini heater fan
can run at the Low or High speed, which is shown as LL or HH, respectively, on the LED display
(when the “SPEED” is operated).

You can set the time to automatically turn off the mini heater. Set the time with the Timer
button (2e). The time setting is shown in full hours on the LED display. The time setting is
adjustable from 1 to 12 hours in 1-hour increments.

All of the above commands can be operated with the remote control (7) which features the
buttons identical in function to the respective buttons on the control panel (2).
7.
When done using the heater, turn it off with the power switch (6) and wait 3 minutes before
unplugging the power cord from the mains.
WARNING! Always turn off the mini heater with its power switch and wait 3 minutes for the mini heater to cool
down before unplugging the power cord.
