If you do not intend to use the appliance for an extended period of time, clean and rinse the base
and water container thoroughly. Wipe dry with cloth or paper towel. Do NOT clean the humidi

cLeANINg THe WATeR cONTAINeR
1. Fill the container with water
2. Add a little mild detergent (dishwashing liquid) and then shake the container.
3. While cleaning hold the container with both hands by its handles.
4. After cleaning, empty water from the container and rinse it thoroughly.
NOTe!
Clean water container once a week.
cLeANINg THe WATeR cONTAINeR AND THe TRANSDUceR
1. Empty remaining water from the container.
2. Pour 2 tablespoons of vinegar into a container and fill the container with water.
3. Set the appliance aside for half hour to facilitate removal of mineral sediments.
4. Clean the container and the transducer with a brush (10) enclosed with the appliance.
5. Pour the solution and rinse thoroughly.
NOTe!
Clean the water container and the transducer at least once a month.
