3. 

To prevent food from sticking to the slicer and make cutting easier, moisten the cutter disc 
with a damp cloth.

4. 

Connect the appliance to the mains.

5. 

Place food on the moving slider 

, between the blade of the cutter disk 

 and the press 

.

6. 

Press the power switch lock button 

 toward the power switch 

 and turn on the power 

with the power switch 

 at the same time. The slicer will run. Release the button (9) to stop 

the slicer.

CAUTION! Do not operate the slicer for more that 10 minutes. If you want to use the slicer longer, first stop and 
leave it for at least 30 minutes.

7. 

Keep moving the slider 

 forward and backwards while pressing food to the cutter using 

the press 

.

IMPORTANT! Always use the press 

 when cutting small pieces of food.

IMPORTANT! Fresh bread can be difficult to cut. Move bread slices away as they are cut. Never cut hot bread.

8. 

When done slicing, unplug the power cord from the mains. Next, clean the slicer.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

CAUTION! You can tilt the slider 

 up to clean the slider more easily.

1. 

Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet before cleaning.

2. 

Clean the appliance with a soft damp cloth or a paper towel.

3. 

Do not immerse the appliance in water or other liquids.

4. 

The cutter disc can be removed for cleaning. To do this, turn the knob 

 in the centre of the 

cutter disc 90 degrees clockwise. The knob handle becomes accessible for use when you 
press the centre of the knob. Reinstall the cutter disc in the reverse order of the disassembly.
Do not wipe with any sharp cloths that could scratch the surface.

5. 

Dry all the cleaned parts thoroughly.

6. 

The cutter blade 

 and food press 

 can be washed in water with detergent, but remem-

ber to disassemble these components from the slicer first.
