Center console warning
lights
The light comes on and flashed green.
The indicators or the hazard lights are
activated.
The deployed airbag is identified by the
which remains lit.
The light for the driver’s seat is
illuminated in red inside the rev counter.
It starts after switching on the ignition, until
the seat belt is fastened.
The light is illuminated in red.
When the ignition is started, the warning
light comes on for around 4 seconds.
If it does not light up, or if it does not go
off after 4 seconds, or if it lights up while
driving, the airbag system has a fault.
Contact a garage.
The airbag may not be deployed in the
event of an accident.
The light is illuminated in red. It
comes on when the ignition is started
and goes out shortly after the engine
is started illuminated in red.
If it comes on when the engine is
running stop, turn the engine off. The
battery is not charging. The engine cooling
may be broken off. Contact a garage.

The light comes on or flashes in yellow.
It lights up when the ignition is started
and goes out shortly after the engine
starts.
If it lights up when the engine is running, it
is due to a fault in the exhaust emission
depollution system.
It may be that the authorised exhaust
emissions levels have been exceeded.
Contact a garage immediately.
If it flashes while the engine is running, it is
due to a fault which can damage the

catalytic converter. Release the
accelerator until the warning light stops
flashing.

Level of brake and clutch fluid
The warning light comes on in red.
The level of brake and clutch fluid is too
low.
It comes on when the ignition is
started when the manual handbrake is on.

Antilock Brake System (ABS)
The ABS light comes on un yellow. It lights
up for a few seconds when the ignition is
switched on. The system is operational as
soon as the light goes out. If the light does
not go out after a few seconds or it lights
up while driving, the ABS has a fault.
