Note: If you have several servers hooked up to your network, and it’s not clear which server

is the one you are currently adding, click on

Locate

in the

Add Server Wizard

window

shown in step 2 above. The “Ready” LED on the listed server will start blinking,
allowing you to identify it.

If you are the system administrator and know the current password, or if you are setting
up a new password, select

Yes, I am the administrator

and then enter the password in

the text input box.

If you select

No, I am a general user

, you will be allowed to install your NPort Server

Pro, but you will not be able to change any of the parameter settings Click on

Next

continue.
