2.  Battery Removal and Installation

Battery Specification

Model

SC-04002-02

Nominal Voltage

3.7V

Nominal Capacity

2500 mAh

 a)  Remove two screws from battery cover.

 b)  Disconnect battery connector by pressing 

connector tab and pulling battery 
connector from the connector socket 
inside the module.

 c)  To install battery, insert battery 

connector into the connector socket until 
it clicks to ensure proper connection.

Note:

  Before disconnecting the battery, place the battery switch to “OFF” position. 

(See section 8, Set Communication Module to Operate by Internal Battery)

 d)  Place battery in the hollow space and 

ensure battery wires are in place. Insert 
the two pins of battery cover into 
housing then close the cover and secure 
with the two screws.
