PANINI RECIPES
Install the panini plates (depending on the model). Pour the bread on the plates.
Shut the appliance and leave to cook according to the recipe and the desired degree of cooking.
Panini with smoked salmon
Cut the rolls in 2 halves. Spread with the cheese.
Add the salmon slices and the onions.
Close the bread. Leave to cook for about 5 min and serve.
Panini with garlic and mixed herbs
Cut the bread in two halves. Spread with 1 portion of cheese on each side.
Cook the sandwiches for about 6 min.
Toasted Paninis with chocolate
Cut the bread in two halves. Spread the soft white cheese on bread
slices and sprinkle with grated chocolate, then form sandwiches.
Cook for about 6 min and serve with vanilla ice-cream.
4 bread rolls - 4 portions of cheese spread
4 white onions in thin slices
4 slices of smoked salmon

GRILLED MEATS OR FISH RECIPES
Install the grill plates. Place the meat, poultry or fish on the plates.
Close the appliance and leave to cook according to the recipe and to your personal taste.
Mirabeau steak
Wash the anchovies under running water and remove the backbone.
Grill the steak for 2 to 3 min. depending on whether you like it rare or well done.
Just before serving, put the anchovy fillets and a knob of butter on the steak,
then surround with green olives. Add pepper to taste.
Per person :
about 200 g half steak ( 3 cm thick)

WAFFLES RECIPES
Makes about 12 waffles.
Install the waffle plates. Pour on the mixture, taking care to fill each plate without it overflowing. Leave to
cook for around 4 min. according to the desired degree of cooking. Avoid opening the appliance during
cooking. Place the waffles on a cooling rack and wait for 1 min. before eating them: this makes them crun-
chier. Cooks note: 1 American cup is equivalent to 237 ml or 8 fl oz. In the UK you can use a breakfast cup.
Chocolate waffles
In a large bowl, mix the pancake mix, cocoa powder, sugar, cho-
colate and walnuts according to taste.
In another bowl, mix the milk, oil, eggs and vanilla essence. Add the
liquid ingredients to the pancake mix and stir until even. Leave the mix-
ture to rest for 5 min..
Pour the desired amount of mixture into the waffle-maker. Leave
to cook until there is no more steam, i.e. after around 4 min.
Serve with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
Banana and Pecan nut waffles
In a large bowl, mix the bananas, milk, oil, eggs and vanilla
essence. Stir the pancake mixture and the walnuts evenly. Leave
the mixture to settle for 5 min.
Pour the desired amount of mixture into the waffle-maker.
Leave to cook until there is no more steam, i.e. after around 4 min.
Serve with maple syrup.
Oat, apple and cinnamon waffles
In a large bowl, stir in the pancake mix, oats, sugar, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, mix the milk, oil, egg and apples.
Add the liquid ingredients to the pancake mix and stir until even.
Leave the mixture to settle for 5 min.
Pour the desired amount of mixture into the waffle-maker. Leave to
cook until there is no more steam, i.e. after around 4 min.
Serve with maple syrup.
