Level 1 and 2 Service Manual

Disassembly

Removing and Replaing the Motor/Vibrator

1.

Remove the battery cover, battery, SIM, antenna, flip assembly, flip CLI
display assembly, and camera assembly as described in the procedures.

2.

Lift the flip display flex cable up over the flip display assembly (see Figure 16).

3.

Carefully slide the shorter end of the flip display flex cable through the slot in
the flip hinge to remove it from the flip display assembly.

4.

To replace, thread the motor/vibrator flex cable through the slot in the hinge
of the flip assembly.

5.

Lower the motor/vibrator into its position in the flip assembly.

6.

Replace the camera assembly, flip CLI display assembly, flip assembly,
antenna, SIM, battery, and battery cover as described in the procedures.
