6. Clock & alarm
6.1 Set the date and time
If you have subscribed to Caller ID Service, the date and time will be set on all your
handsets whenever a call is received. You can also manually set the date and time.
1. Press

. The display shows DATE & TIME .
2. Press

to select.
3. Enter the date (e.g. 12--08--14 for 12th of August 2014 ) and press

to confirm.
4. Enter the time using the keypad (e.g. 06--30 for 6:30) then scroll

(am) or P (pm) and press

to confirm.
6.2 Set the alarm
Each handset can have a different alarm setting.

to select ON or OFF and press

to confirm.
4. If you select ON , enter the time using the keypad (e.g. 07--30 for 7:30) then scroll

6.3 Switch off alarm ring
When the alarm sounds, press any button to switch it off.
NOTE
Once the alarm is set to on, the icon is displayed. When the alarm goes off the icon
flashes.
