Target Audience
Young and Social segment. Customers 18-30 years-old who aspire to have an innovative device with
an iconic design because they see their phone as a social symbol. They purchase based on both
design and features and are willing to pay a premium to get the latest and greatest.
Questions you might ask a customer
“How do you buy music?”
For instance, do you get you music from Napster, iTunes, or other on-line music services, or do you
purchase CDs? The RAZR2 V8 is compatible with over 200 music stores supported by Windows
Media Player 11. Two things to tell the customer:

The RAZR2 is not compatible with iTunes
2.
The RAZR2 cannot do over the air transfers
“How comfortable are you downloading music files from an online service?”
Music services like Yahoo! Music, Rhapsody, and Napster work with the customer’s PC. After files
have been downloaded from the Internet to the customer’s PC, the customer can just connect their
RAZR2 V8 to their PC using a standard micro-USB cable, then launch Windows Media Player 11 and
simply drag and drop the songs to a sync list and press Start Sync.
“Have you owned an original RAZR? If so, what do you like and what would you change?”
The RAZR2 V8 uses a powerful new processor that enhances performance when using the phone’s
features. This includes 2-3 second transfer times between the PC and the phone. The external
display is 10x the resolution of the original RAZR, and the RAZR2 V8 can store up to 1000 songs in
its internal memory.
“Are you looking for a phone that makes a social statement and doesn’t trade style for quality?”
The RAZR2 V8 is a full 2mm thinner than its predecessor. The device is stronger with a stunning
finished metal body, soft touch feel, hardened glass, stainless steel frame, and the largest-in-class
interactive external screen available.
