Other Operations

Since the ISO operation is limited to group calls only, any 
attempts to communicate in other modes (phone, private, alert, 
status) will result in a “Service Not Available” message.  How-
ever, all other functions (memory scroll, direct entry, feature 
menu programming, etc.) are still operable.
