Enter the Missed Calls list as detailed in
RADIO CALLS - Missed Calls.

Any calls having a V suffix have an associated
voice message e.g. Bob V.

until:

to playback voice message.

again to skip to end of voice message.

The voice message is automatically deleted
when the associated missed call is answered
or deleted.
