Emergency Call Numbers
You can store 4 emergency call numbers which can be dialled out at any time even
when call restrictions are set (for example, if the keypad is locked or call barring is set).
Each emergency number can have a maximum of 5 digits.
Example: If you set 123 as an emergency number - only the number 123 can be dialled out
with call restrictions set.
If you dial any of the emergency numbers manually (instead of using the
phone book) and the keypad lock is on or call barring is set, they will still be
dialled out.
In the phone book menu:
1. Press the
or
key until the numbers 110, 112 and 999 are already stored.
Emergency call is displayed and press the key to select.
2. Press the
or
key to select one of the emergency number locations and press
the
key to confirm.
3. Enter the emergency number up to 5 digits and press the
key to confirm.
Save OK is displayed.
Note: To edit an existing emergency number, use the
key to delete digits and the
keypad to enter new ones.
4. Press the
key to return to standby mode.
Area Code
If the area code is set, when you make an external call using the on-hook dialling
(affects all dialling except where the talk key is pressed first)
mode, if you enter the area
code in the former digits, the area code will be cut and will not be dialled. For example,
if the area code is 0755, and you enter 0755123456, only 123456 will be dialled.
