Set PIN lock on or off
With PIN lock enabled the phone will request the PIN code
PIN1 each time the phone is powered up.
1.
Enter the security menu; using the 4-way navigation key
highlight
Set PIN Lock
and press
OK
.

Using the 4-way navigation key highlight
On or Off
and
press
OK
.
3.
The phone will request the PIN code PIN1.
4.
Enter the four to eight-digit code and press
OK
.

Set automatic lock
With automatic lock enabled the phone will automatically lock
after the phone has been idle for a predetermined number of
minutes. The number of minutes is user selectable.
1.
Enter the security menu; using the 4-way navigation key
highlight
Auto Lock
and press
OK
.
2.
Using the 4-way navigation key highlight
On
or
Off
and
press
OK
.
3.
The phone will request the lock code.
4.
Enter the four-digit code and press
OK
.
5.
Enter the auto lock time in minutes from 1 – 999, and
press
OK
.
