Use the keypad letters to enter names, e.g. to store TOM:

Your C42 has an easy to use system on the cordless handset and corded base.
When the handset is switched on and in standby:

to open the main menu.

buttons to scroll through the available options.

to validate an option.

p
to go back to the previous option.
Note
If no buttons are pressed for 30 seconds, the handset returns to standby automatically.
