The year and the month appear in the title bar. Press or to move to
the next or the previous month in the Calendar, or tap and select Jump
to . The days of the week are displayed under the title bar starting with
Sunday. The current day is highlighted.
To indicate which dates have events and alarms associated with them, the
following symbols are used.
Indicates a recurring event
Indicates that there is an alert/alarm set
♦ ♦ ♦ ♦
Indicates a timeless event
A square indicates a scheduled event.
A filled in circle indicates an event with no start or end time defined.
1 To select the day you wish to view, tap on it, or tap and select
View Today.
You can also select the following other options by tapping on :
New Event Allows you to add a new appointment to that day.
Jump To Allows you to see another day’s schedule via the Jump to
dialogue box by entering the date.
2 Press Day View to view your appointments scheduled for that day.
3 Press Exit to return to the Main Menu.
Day View
When you select Day View, you are presented with a view of the current
day.
