Faults Diagnosis and Solutions
Grid Failure
-Waiting for one minute until the grid
goes back to normal working status.
- Check if the grid voltage and frequency
complies with the standards setting.
-Call the local service office.
-Off to grid.
-Please check grid-connection, like wire,
interface, etc.
-Checking grid usability.
-Call the local service office.
PV Overvoltage
-Check if the PV string voltage exceeds
the input voltage of the inverter.
-Call the local service office.
DCI Gird over limit
-Disconnect the PV (+), PV (-) with DC
input, then reconnect them.
-Check L line and N line to see whether
it has connection faults.
- Call the local service office.
Relay Short
Relay Open
-Disconnect the PV (+), PV (-) with DC
input, then reconnect them.
- Call the local service office.
If the fault light isn’t lighted, please check the inverters with the
following items. Please make sure the current status of the inverter
allow such operation.
— Check if the inverter is installed in a clean, dry and ventilated
location.
—Check if the DC input breakers is cut off.
