No boiling water
Check there is water in the tank.
Air in system - place cup under steam nozzle, open
steam control knob and press espresso button to expel
any air. When water appears, from steam nozzle, close
steam control knob and press espresso button again.
No steam
The steam nozzle may be blocked.
Check there is water in the tank.
Coffee overflowing from filter holder
Too much coffee in filter.
Remains of ground coffee on filter holder.
No coffee or coffee emitted slowly
Check there is coffee in the filter holder.
The filter holes or brewing head may be blocked.
Weak coffee
Turn the machine off and empty the spent coffee, wash
out the filter and replenish with new coffee.
