Method:

Add all the ingredients to the Beaker.

Blend on Speed II for 20 seconds.

65g 100g strawberries, hulled
and sliced

¼ ½ banana, peeled and

•
135ml 200ml apple juice
•
200g 300g low fat vanilla yogurt
•
2 3 ice cubes
Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Method:

Add all the ingredients to the Beaker.

Blend on Speed II for 20 seconds.
Note: Strain the smoothie through a sieve to remove
the pips if desired.

40g 60g raspberries

70g 105g strawberries hulled
and sliced
•
70g 105g blueberries
•
40g 60g cherries, stoned
•
200ml 300ml apple juice

Method:

Add all the ingredients to the Beaker.

Blend on Speed II for 30 seconds.
Ingredients:
500ml 750ml
•
200g 300g low fat vanilla yogurt
•
135ml 200ml skimmed milk
•
50g 70g frozen cherries
•
2 3 ice cubes

Method:

Add all the ingredients to the Beaker.

Pulse for approximately 15 seconds.
Note: citrus fruit may leave ‘bits’ in the drink. You may wish to
sieve before drinking.
