10.2.2.5. Whilst holding the belt away from the pulley carefully rotate the potentiometer
pulley until it reaches the end of its travel.
10.2.2.6. Continue to hold the belt away from the pulley and rotate the potentiometer
pulley in the opposite direction for a full 5 turns (use a mark for reference if
required).
10.2.2.7. Re-engage the belt with this pulley, and re-tension the belt.
10.2.2.8. Tighten the two M5 Cap head screws to secure the potentiometer bracket.
10.2.2.9. Re-fit the underside cover.

Delivery Damping
NOTE
- It may be necessary to re-tension the layside delivery roller drive belt. If so, do that
now before proceeding to the next step.
10.2.2.10. See section 12. for calibration of the delivery roller.
10.3.
For the delivery to raise and lower correctly it is necessary to set the damping level of the
supporting Gas strut that keeps it in position.
To adjust this gas strut use the following method;
10.3.1. Raise the delivery to its operational position.
10.3.2. Push the delivery down about 30 degrees and hold it.
10.3.3. Using a 10mm spanner, loosen the damping adjuster screw securing nut by
1/8th of a turn.
10.3.4. Release the delivery to its operating position.
10.3.5. Using a 3mm Allen key adjust the damping adjuster screw.
- Turning the screw will some of the damping, and vice versa.
10.3.6. Adjust until the desired damping effect is achieved, i.e. the delivery lifts all the
way up without assistance BUT does not move so quickly that it is likely to
damage something.
10.3.7. Push the delivery down about 30 degrees and hold it.
10.3.8. Using a 10mm spanner, tighten the damping adjuster screw securing nut.
