
Step 5: Testing connectivity
Please perform this test in the area Moocall HEAT will be used to ensure
network coverage is adequate for Moocall HEAT to function.
If you do not receive a message within ten minutes of performing this test,
contact Moocall customer support.
Ensure that the Moocall HEAT collar is powered
on, activated and that the blue light is blinking
Press the button firmly for half a second
Release and press the button again immediately
for another half second
The light should start blinking green, indicating
that the test is underway
If the green light doesn’t start blinking on the second press, ensure that
you’re making solid contact with the button and try again.
You will receive an SMS on all numbers connected with Moocall HEAT, an
email and a notification via the Moocall Breedmanager app to ensure all is
working correctly.
Only press the button with your finger, do not use any tools as this may
damage the button and the electronics inside.
